  • These are great beginner gloves to start with for any punching fitness class. If you’re going to punch for 6 to 12 months than these gloves are good. They will fit both EZ-WRAP Lite and Pro version hand wraps.
  • They are superior to gloves that have a lot of padding on the knuckles. Gloves with too much padding bounce off targets and don’t let you feel your punching power.
CONS:
  • They do rip along seems after about a year of consistent use but are well put together.
  • They tend to stink after a few weeks due to their synthetic materials just like most boxing gloves.

  • This is the best stand up bag for home workouts. Commercial grade and will move very little when punching or kicking hard. It does move but won’t as much as any other stand up bag.
  • Has some give when punching so less injury to bones or tendons.
  • Great for all workouts both kicking and punching
CONS:
  • Heavy if you’re moving all the time. You can lean over and roll.
  • Buy play sand for base from local Home Depot or Lowes. 15-20 bags.
  • Pricey but worth a lifetime of fitness.
  • Don’t go with a cheaper brand
